CAUCHOS KAREY cumple con la legislación vigente, recogida en la Ley Orgánica 15/1999, de 13 de Diciembre sobre Protección de Datos de carácter Personal (LOPD), cuyo objeto es garantizar y proteger, en lo que concierne al tratamiento de los datos personales, las libertades y derechos fundamentales de las personas físicas, y especialmente de su honor e intimidad personal.
Los datos de carácter personal que se recogen a través de los formularios de registro de clientes de la web de CAUCHOS KAREY, se incluye en fichero automatizado personalizado. La recogida y el tratamiento de los Datos de Carácter Personal tiene como finalidad el mantenimiento de la relación contractual que en su caso establezca con CAUCHOS KAREY, así como la gestión, administración, información, prestación y mejora de los servicios que de ella se deriven.
Para garantizar la seguridad de dichos datos, CAUCHOS KAREY adopta las medidas de índole técnica y organizativa exigidas en la LOPD, evitando su alteración, pérdida, tratamiento y acceso no autorizado.
El usuario podrá ejercitar los derechos reconocidos en la LOPD, de acceso, rectificación, cancelación y oposición. El ejercicio de estos derechos puede realizarlo el propio usuario dirigiéndose a CAUCHOS KAREY, por cualquier medio de contacto establecido.

At the present moment Cauchos Karey dedicates the biggest part of its efforts in developing new applications obtained from its products.
